Īda had lost count of how many times he reminded his classmates to minimise collateral damage. They were training to be heroes, not demolitionists, but that only proves that they weren't ready yet. Neither was he.

Tenya found himself lagging behind during classes that day; a disgraceful truth, but one he acknowledged. The task was simple: locate the quote en quote villain's hideout without alerting suspicions.

Of course, his classmates took it as: fight off all the "attackers" with no regard for your surroundings. It was pointless to argue on the battlefield, no matter how bothered he was, so Tenya kept to the sides. Right now, surveying is more important than engaging.

He paused as the ground rumbled. The distant sound of explosions could only mean one thing: Bakugō is at it again... It bothered him how one with so much power could be so irresponsible with it. The other student had such great potential, but his attitude was a large issue.

When Tenya finally turned around to locate the disaster, he saw the building beside him break apart and begin to fall.

No issue. He thought, sprinting out of the way. His engines made dodging a thoughtless action. He wished he had paid more attention because he'd tripped on debris, and at such high speeds, he went toppling to the ground, his leg caught under a concrete block.

It stung but Tenya quickly turned; just as he feared, the building was still crashing towards him. I won't be able to make it out. He was trapped.

He shut his eyes, expecting an impact but finding himself on the other side unharmed. Tenya blinked, turning to face his saviour. He had expected to see one of his classmates, but no...

As embarrassing as it was, he had no idea who this person was. He wasn't informed of others being involved in this drill, students nor staff.

That did not mean he forgot his manners. He stood (to the best of his abilities) and bowed, "Thank you for saving me." He spoke loudly, conveying his gratitude clearly.

"Apologies, but I have to ask." Īda was silent, but he'd rather know than regret later. "Who are you?"
