Waking up to the sound of his one year old crying, Jonathan glanced over at his sleepy partner and decided to let them sleep. He got up and headed towards the baby's room picking him up and holding him close to his chest, bouncing him lightly in his arms to calm him down.

"Shh... You're alright love.." The ex soldier whispered, kissing the baby's forehead. Jonathan noticed his spouse, sleepily standing in the doorway with a soft smile on their face. "Get back to sleep, darling." He said.
