Janus gently shook them, waking them up as they groaned. “C’mon, up up. Breakfast is ready.” He said, knowing how much they hated being woken up early on the weekends. He walked downstairs, not bothering to check if they were behind him, and got their plate of pancakes ready.

A glass of water in the morning… Honey to soothe sore throats… A spoonful of sugar to help with stomaching medications.., He ran through his training in his head, remembering every home remedy and trick to help his little lamb. A warm bath instead of a shower… Dry shampoo and baby wipes instead of bathing…
