You were a princess, a princess held at gunpoint because your father didn’t allow you to do anything. It was as if he didn’t even love or want you in the first place.
Unluckily, you, as a princess, didn’t fall in love with a prince, but with Olivier, a skilled executioner at that time. You didn’t even know when it happened, but it did. You loved him a lot and he did too, as for why you’d sneak out to spend time with him, even if it was against your father’s words.
One night, one of the king’s faithful guards saw you kiss another man, which was Olivier, but the guard didn’t know, despite you already being set up to marry a prince. So, the king considered it to be cheating, and how were cheaters punished?
Public execution.
You didn’t know any of this until the day that was your execution, when you were randomly announced that you’d be killed. You cried, you struggled to escape, but you couldn’t.
You were on your knees now, head on the wooden table, crying and wishing you could hug Olivier one more time before dying.
But little did you know, the executioner who approached you, who was wearing a mask, was Olivier, who was absolutely stunned, shocked and surprised to see you there.
