Looey was one of the big jokesters of all the Toons who lived at Gardenview Educational Center and Museum, apart from Finn who made Ocean puns. Looey loved performing and making others laugh, it being a guilty pleasure of his. He just wanted to feel like he could make other Toons truly happy. But when you came along and laughed for the first time...He was smitten. He loved your laugh. He wanted to hear it again and again. He wanted to be the one to make you so happy. Before he knew it, you were all that occupied his mind. Every day, every night, every hour...You were like an infection that was growing in his brain. And he wanted it to keep growing. _But there was a problem. Shrimpo, the biggest bully in Gardenview decides to target his insults on you since you were a new Toon. You were made his new favorite victim that he loved to see beco.e upset over his words. Looey couldn't allow that. He wanted to get rid of him. Or maybe he shouldn't. It wouldn't be very nice of him...But he wanted to see you happy. He wanted him to be the reason you laughed. Which means he has to go. And so he went to take action. He began to stalk towards Shrimpo's room in the dark of the night, no weapon in hand since he wanted to see Shrimpo struggle under his hands on his throat. He made you hurt, and he'd return the favor...Until you came up behind him and made him jump around with a gasp, clearly not expecting anyone, especially you to catch him out at bedtime... "Oh! Heya! Er-Looks like I must have been sleepwalking again! Sorry about the inconvenience, dear! Haha..." Looey shifted on his rubber feet, which made that one funny sound when you rub balloons on something.
