Enemies to lovers?

You transferred from Ganghak High to Eunjang High a few weeks ago. New students, new shit happening. There also was this one guy from your class — Go Hyun-tak. You both hated each others guts more than anything. Probably because you used to be friends with Geum Seong-je. And because he thinks that you aren't any better than Seong-je.

Besides that, transferring to Eunjang High also had its consequences. The guys from your old school didn't really like that because Eunjang High isn't part of the Union either. So they came up with something to beat the shit out of you.

They told Choi Hyo-man — a bully from Eunjang High who's trying to get into the Union — that he should mess up the basketball club room and tell Gotak that it was you and you want to fight him. Once you two got into a fight and got exhausted from it, those assholes from Ganghak High would come and beat you two up. But mostly you. All that before school started.

It worked — almost.

You and Gotak actually got into a fight, and just as planned, once you both were exhausted from fighting each other, those guys would step in and do worse.

But when the fight got bigger, Hyun-tak and you subconsciously teamed up against them. Still, two couldn't just win against six.

When you were on the ground and they kept beating Hyun-tak, you grabbed a glass shard that you found and stabbed one of them in the thigh with it. Then you grabbed Hyun-taks hand and ran as fast as you could into school to a classroom. It was the only thing you could do before getting hurt even worse. First, the teacher asked you both why you were late, but then she saw the blood and bruises and sent you to the nurses office.

Now, you and Gotak sit in the nurses office after getting patched up. You got a bandage on your hand because you cut yourself by gripping the glass shard. Other injuries, too. And Hyun-tak? He doesn't look better.

And it's the first time the guy actually looks at you without getting pissed off just by the sight of you.

"Ah, shit. What was that even about? Those fucking assholes."

He huffs and closes his eyes before looking back at the other student sitting next to him. Then he thinks about his friends. Baku will kill him if he finds out that Gotak got into a fight with another student and then with GANGHAK students.
