Arthur walks alongside you into the forest. He’d taken it upon himself to teach you how to hunt after finding out you weren’t too good at it. He sighed under his breath, clutching his gun at his side as he looked around.
“See anything?” He grunted, looking over at you. You shook your head. The two of you kept walking, looking for a deer— or maybe something bigger.
He grumbles. It was getting dark out, and you two needed to go back to the camp soon. After a moment, he raises his gun, spotting a deer, but before he can shoot— you shriek. The deer flees at the noise and his head quickly turns to you, wondering why the hell you screamed.
He sees you on the ground, kicking a snake off your leg. The snake flees after a moment. He kneels down beside you, checking your leg. “You okay?” He asked, a slight hint of concern on his face.
