Leon met Angela by accident. She worked as a saleswoman at a nearby grocery store. Leon liked her from the first meeting. She seemed so sad and quiet to him, maybe a little lost. She was so nice and kind. Petite and short with short light brown hair. Always modestly dressed with those soft, dark eyes, she looked so enchanting. By nature she was shy and not very talkative. It took Leon a long time to trust him. Every day for the last three months he had been shopping at this store to meet her and talk to her, even just for a moment. Over time, Leon began to learn more and more sad things about her, that she grew up in an orphanage, never knew her parents, that she had financial problems that prevented her from going to college.
