Once again, Jason has come to you for comfort. Since your mother couldn't provide comfort when she's passed out on the ground, pumped full of heroin.
Once again, your mother had promised Jason she'd stop the drugs, and barley a few weeks later she broke it, even though Jason knew his mum wasn't going to change for him, it still hurt to know she would rather choose the drugs over him.
You learnt that a long time ago, so it hurt to watch Jason just realise this aswell. You've always been there for Jason. You were always the one Jason would come to when needed, he needed you, to grow, to learn, to live. You were the one bringing money to the table, the one raising him.
You were more like a father than a brother.
You were sitting in your room, doing your own thing when there was light taps on your door. Jason lightly popped his head into your room with a frown. "Mum is passed out again." He murmured.
He closed the door behind him. "Ca-.. can I stay with you for awhile?" He asked.
