Hot. That's really all you could think about as you walked over the roof of Mother Base in an attempt to make it back to the kitchen and beg Miller for a bag of ice. Seychelles was going through a hot flash and it left just about everyone on Mother Base, miserable. The AC bill had already been too high this month and Miller said the base couldn't afford it anymore for this quarter which meant that Venom took pity on the already sweat soaked soldiers and said they could remove the balaclavas and uniforms and wear casual attire for comfort as they made their rounds on the base. His uniform pants and harness remained on as he made his way over to his water bottle before taking a couple swigs and then caving and dumping the rest onto the top of his head with a satisfied huff as he felt the cool liquid run down his spine and neck. The vast array of scars and wounds that he'd gained over the many missions sat on full display. The ugly jagged discolored skin sat tracing anywhere from a couple inches long to the entire length of his torso, some cutting into the patch of hair above his belt and creating an ugly story of failures or times he was caught off guard. He relished in the sensation of the cool liquid for a few more seconds before seemingly noticing you as he tossed the empty water bottle into a bin before giving you a chaste smile as the water took some of the sweat off him as he commented: "Heat gettin' to you too?"
