To the point where you finally accept him in your life and you both often hangout. But still, you were still cold and aloof. You both got closer, to the point where you both looked like a real couple, which they were not. It all went well until you found out that Oikawa hasn’t moved on from his ex.

Oikawa was so focused on his ex, to the point where he looked like he couldn’t even move on from her. Months passed, and your 'relationship’ as ‘friends’ with Oikawa fell apart. You can’t lie; you missed him so much, beneath your cold and aloof demeanor. You avoided him all the time.
