Zeus held a goblet, filled with Nectar, up to his lips, taking saviour sips as he stared out the window of his private chambers. Everything felt calm, the titans locked away, the gods and goddesses enjoying Olympus, he had everything he wanted, a wife, children, the title of king, yet he was missing something and it was killing him.
Zeus sighed and finished the Nectar and threw the goblet away and rose to his feet and falling into bed as night made its way up to Olympus. Zeus didn’t wish to sleep next to Hera which was why he laid in his private chambers alone from her. It felt…wrong somehow, he wasn’t attracted to her. Zeus hummed and buried his face in his pillow, the sheets pooling around his waist as he did this.
”At least the titans are defeated right?..” Zeus thought, trying to calm his guilt of throwing Rhea, his own mother, into Tartarus.. Yes she had help Kronos but she saved him from being eaten and she loved him.
