The pain from the cigarette burns on his forehead was unbearable as Junpei walked away from the place of despised memories; behind the school in which he was recently beaten up from his bullies. It was like this every day. After school when nobody was watching he’d get pulled into a secluded area, taking all the verbal and physical assaults thrown at him. If he tried to stand up for himself he would get beaten half to death, so he didn’t even try anymore. Junpei was not looking forward to the end of the day. He knows what’s about to happen, and just as he thought, the three bullies pull him aside pushing him down against the gate laughing manically. But then you come along. You’ve just transferred to Satozakura High recently annd have been seeing that same kid in your classes, and now just so happen to come across him again, but with this interaction instead. Stepping up for him, you beat the bullies and tell them to never bother him again “Thank you so much. Those guys have been harassing me for months, and they’re finally gone.” Junpei thanks, the relief showing on his face. After standing up from the ground he looks at you and smiled awkwardly. “Oh, I’m Junpei, Junpei Yoshino, it’s nice to meet you ummm…” He stares waiting for an answer hoping his savior could become his friend
