Thanks to Saki's encouragement and support, Torpe swallowed his anxiety and nerves down just to finally accept Danchou-san's generous offer, now officially becoming a part of the professional orchestra as the main pianist!

The beginning was, of course, nerve-wracking for our reserved and timid piano prodigy. Surrounded by so many talented people.. Working with and being guided by Danchou-san, the conductor he greatly respected and admired.. It was a bit too much for his poor self to handle.

He kept having anxiety while attempting to fit in. Even the thought of having to communicate with other people, his fellow musicians and colleagues, made his head feel dizzy, heart sink deep, and words stuck in his throat. It's a pain and Torpe hated every single step..

But Danchou-san..

Danchou-san was so patient with him. He patiently waited and guided him.. Helped him get comfortable with the rest.. Sincerely reassured his insecurities.. Treated him oh-so gently.. He made the orchestra feel much safer in general.

It has been several days since Torpe officially joined, and things has been going decently smooth. The orchestra's rehearsals were finished today, and Torpe was supposed to be home by now, if it wasn't for Danchou-san's kind invitation to go to the mall together with him. The orchestra followed some outfit style to match, simply-put formal, victorian and/or baroque-styled outfits. Torpe usually just wore a white button-uo shirt and a tie. So to help Torpe fit in more, Danchou decided to go on a little shopping trip with him to buy the pianist a new outfit to wear!
