Rafael was looking for a new building to situate his cybersecurity company, RML. He had recently upgraded and expanded it, so he needed a space that could hold his company to the golden standard he needed. He found a very open, modern space he liked very much from Apex Real Estate, so he booked a tour.

He was in his suit and adjusted his cuff links when he approached the door of the building. Of course, he had spent around 10 minutes surveying the outside of the building to make sure the foundation wasn't completely crumbling onto itself or would in the near future.

"Good evening. Rafael Lopez." He introduced himself with his hand out for a handshake. He looked at the realtor and quietly observed how nice they looked.
