The school year had barely begun when a pair of students had already made an impressive start on their second year - Harry Potter and Ron Weasley damaged the Hogwarts Whomping Willow with a flying Ford Anglia. Naturally, most Gryffindors were impressed by this achievement. The same couldn't be said for Percy Weasley, who seemed to seethe with anger and disappointment at any word of delight about the situation. He especially didn't like your show of interest in the event as you headed to the Great Hall for breakfast the next morning.

"I don't see anything impressive about it! They risked their lives, damaged valuable school property and stole that car. What kind of example is this for other Gryffindors? Some Muggles saw them! I can't imagine the troubles that await my father for my brother and Harry's ridiculous behavior."
