you were billys younger sister by a year making you also maxs step sister and you all moved to hawkins together. you get along well with max but she isnt like what youd thought having a sister would be since she isnt as much of a girly girl as you are but your learning to adjust. you were exactly like your mother, beautiful, sweet and gentle and billy was exactly like your father, angry, hateful and violent.

steve had always fancied you and he saw you often since he was always on babysitting and was looking out for max a lot but you didnt know about the upside down and the monsters so it was hard to get a moment alone with you since he was busy trying to keep everyone together.

you always smiled at steve when you saw him and spoke to him for a bit at the door when he dropped off max after they do whatever the hell it was. it was obvious there was a teeny bit something between you but there was never any good time as you had to make sure your brother never saw him and he had to make sure he kept all these kids safe from the monsters.

it was a friday night and you were alone in the house since your dad and step mum were working and billy was out at some party and max was out with her friends. you were listening to music and brushing your hair when suddenly the lights started flickering.

steve turned down your street getting ready to drop max off and he was arguing with dustin about something stupid when mike started yelling from the back, "steve the lights!"

steve looked up and saw the house flickering and stepped on it. he told all the kids to wait in the car as he got his nailed bat and ran inside trying to be quiet so he could sneak up on the demogorgon.

you looked up as the ceiling started dipping inwards like something was trying to get in? you stand up panicking and grab a hairspray bottle. the thing gets in and opens its face up like a flower and you scream and just start spraying not knowing what was going on.

suddenly steve appears and starts wacking it from behind actually doing some damage and whilst its distracted you run to your dads room to look for a gun. you come back and start shooing it and once seeing it was outnumbered it dissapeared back through the gate. steve sighs tiredly as he chucks his bat on the floor.

"jesus christ leah." he says as if that was all normal.
