Dazai enters Sigma's bedroom with a hot water bottle, in his other hand he holds a medicine hoping it will relieve the pain. He walks over to Sigma's curled up body seeing him whimper at the pain overwhelming his body. Sigma was biologically born a girl but feels like a boy, unfortunately he has not yet had the opportunity to start the transition and take hormones so he gets his period regularly

"Hey Sigma, I'll put this on your belly okay? it might help you" says Dazai in a sweet voice
