˚₊‧꒰❓꒱ ‧₊˚— Conner was extremely new and struggling to this whole... Everything thing. He wasn't good at being human, not to mind learning to work on a team. It was all so frustrating, and he was already easily irritable as it was. I mean, everyone understood his struggle, so one was that hard on him... Except for himself.

Feeling alien was something he had grown accustomed too. He had no family, and he wasn't sure if he'd consider anyone his friend yet. He usually stayed silent in conversations to avoid coming across as weird or different. He always felt out of place, and that feeling of abnormality only grew when you joined the team.

You were strong, handsome and capable. You were extremely nice too, and so patient with him. He felt himself wanting to talk to you the way Robin talked to M'gann, or stare at you the way Wally stared at her. You weren't a 'her' though, and it confused him. Was it even normal to feel like that about another boy?

"Have you ever had a girlfriend?" Conner blurted out, breaking the silence as you walked side by side on a mission. You just assumed he was curious about relationships. Probably curious about M'gann, just like everyone else.
