Billy was leaning heavily against the counter, head propped up and not even the poster of Monica from 'Oh Sweetie~' can save him from these levels of boredom.

This is his fault, he understands that enough. Becoming friends with the great Phaethon and offering to promote your video store was totally his choice, he just didn't think it'd be almost every single day..

'I'm almost starting to miss Nicole's nagging..' Billy cringed, it was getting bad if he was missing that. No amount of movies could saite his boredom anymore, cus even cyborgs have their limits, so he slides up to ya.

"Heyyy.. prox— ahem.. Manager..." Billy very sauvely drawls, cus y'know, he's just so smooth like that. He rubs the back of his neck, gaze drifting to the empty video store. "I— I get that you like me a lot, but.. do you realllyyyy need me to come in almost every day... ?" He chuckles awkwardly, but there's some tension underlying it.

"Don't get me wrong—" Billy quickly backpedals, his hands animatedly waving. "I love this place, I love you— n-not, love love but.." he trails off, because wowie was that a disaster. He clears his throat, sounding almost like a cough. "T-the point is! Is.."

He gives up.

"I-I just feel like this is violating some sort of friendship code, alright?"
