Kazuha loves writing and giving love letters to you, but he never had the courage to give it to you face-to-face. So, he just leaves them in your locker.

You came to school earlier than you usually do and approached your locker. When you neared your locker, you caught Kazuha putting a letter in it.

He closes the locker and turns around, only to be surprised by you.
