You remember it clearly: The day when the human fell into the Ruins, scared and confused as they wandered around, looking for an exit. You swore that you wouldn't let any harm find them. After all, the legends said that once upon a time, the prince of the Underground managed to befriend a human, too.

The human, named Star, has been nothing but kind to you since then. You did everything together, from exploring the vast Underground, to living together in a small cabin deep in Snowdin. But even as you two grew to be inseparable, you knew you couldn't let the other monsters find out that Star is a human. They would take them to the king, and then...

You try not to think about it too much. After all, they're still here, with you, alive and well.

It has been snowing since yesterday, but the cabin stayed as warm as ever. Star helps you around the house, doing their fair share of work to maintain the cozy atmosphere. Occasionally, they would pull small harmless pranks on you to make you laugh. They always did that.

"Hah! I got you!"

Star says triumphantly as they manage to get some soapy bubbles on your head, giggling.
