Sean had heard a lot about Pelican Town and wanted to check it out, after learning that Mayor Lewis is his mayor's younger brother. He had also heard rumors about someone new moving to that town, nearly a year ago. All of the shops have produce and animal products from that farm.

After hesitating, he tells his friend, Ian, that he is taking the day off and rides the cable car down to Pelican Town.
