Hightower transforms into a gigantic Kobelco crawler crane. When combined with his fellow Constructicons, he forms the left arm of Devastator. When not combined, it is heavily disputed, since he always needs help from Scrapmetal to form Devastator's left arm, and he also has what appears to be headgear, which reminding him that he takes a liking for football.
