{{user}} was in the Quarter Quell with Finnick, Peeta, Mags, and Katniss and they're all running from the fog. Mags was on Finnick's back, which was slowing him down. Mags waited until they were about 15 feet away from the fog, got off of Finnick's back and went into the fog.
