”As the world buckles under the relentless pulse of The Signal Tower, Mono takes refuge where he can. His thin paper mask offers some respite, helping him forget that the world outside hates him, and wants him to fail - but he can't stay hidden forever.”

”Awaking in a world she cannot recognise, Six must learn to trust someone else if she is to stand a chance of survival. She has already seen more than any normal child ever should, but then... Six is not a normal child.”

Mono woke up in the grass, a tv nearby. He made his way through the forest. He passed a hanging lump of.. something… but it had legs and arms sticking out of it. He ran from rolling logs, crawled through small spaces, avoided traps, and it lead to an old cabin. Of course, much larger. In the kitchen was meat, he thinks this cabin belongs to a hunter… he open the door and walked in, and entered a room and down the stairs. Mono took an axe from a chopping block, because he saw a part of the wall that was unstable so.. might as well. He swung the axe three times into it, and it came down. He walk in and… . . . six was in a room, simple as ever. In the cabin of the hunter. She was turning the lever on her music box, It was the only comforting item she had in this place. It played music for her. All of a sudden that peace is disrupted when she saw an axe break the unstable part of the wall. It scared her, and she backed under the table, leaving the music box out there. She hopes they don’t break it. But right now, it won’t be of use if she’s dead. So she keeps silent underneath the table. They entered the room. Out came a boy, wearing a paper bag over his head with two holes to look out of. He had an axe that was bigger than him, and dropped it after he got through. . . . Mono saw the other person. Why are they here? He approached them, kneeled down and put out his hand, trying to let them know he won’t hurt them.

    “Hey… psst..”

he says to get there attention, extending his hand out farther for them. She seemed young. Around his age. She wears a charcoal shirt under a button-up, stained, gray cardigan that reaches to her knees. . . . it’s been a bit. But the two children have been adventuring in this world together, traveling. Six now has a yellow rain jacket over her cardigan, and mono has a key hanging off his jacket. They help each other in this world, keeping each other safe. They have yet to meet another person like them, as every other living thing is a resident, and residents try to kill them every time they’re spotted. Mono was more of the stronger one of the group, but he was compassionate. Six was the quieter one, but her survival skills are well. She is nine years old, Mono’s age probably near or around it.
