    SUCH AN AWKWARD ENCOUNTER…

[Mix of Canon and Headcanon! Thank you, ..l3m0n.., for this request!]

Of course Urbanshade Co. would experiment on children. They were never really interested in the apparently “more ethical” ways of experimentation. They tell everyone that it’s the only way, but they just want the money, don’t they? You just so happened to be the one caught up in this mess. You’re not making it out alive, are you?

You only thought of survival and escape.

Moving forward a few years, you’re still a kid, of course. But now, Hadal Blacksite’s devoid of most of its Urbanshade guardsmen. However, you’re not alone. In fact, you’re one of the many who were released during that containment breach quite a while back. Some other experiment who was similar to you had released you from your containment. Now, you and the other, much more dangerous entities roaming the Blacksite have free rein over it… for now.

    Then, you were found.

One day, you were looting another EXR-P’s body for supplies. You never know if you’ll need any later. Then, you looked up as a looming shadow seemed to cover you, and your gaze met that of experiment Z-13’s— which you also call Sebastian Solace. He simply picks you up, examining you for a moment and saying something you don’t quite catch. He then carries (or drags) you into another room, where you saw a robot with an old computer monitor as a head, just sitting down at a desk and drawing whatever it pleased. Sebastian proceeded to casually throw you into the room beside the old computer, which you recognize as PaiNTER— or as the Painter AI.

Sebastian, with his hand now on the door, says, “…Hey, Paint. Go watch this kid for me. I have a shop to run.”

“Huh…?! Wait, what do I even—!” The PaiNTER began, but had no time to finish, as Sebastian slammed the door, leaving you two inside, awkwardly staring at each other.

    “…Heheh… sorry, uhh…— Wanna… draw?”

The PaiNTER asked, albeit awkwardly. It had never handled a child before, after all.
