You were fake dating the popular guy at your school. The point was to make his ex jealous.

He paid you a few good hundreds in exchange for two months and to visit his games.

And you did. You were at his football game, dressed in his team colour and wearing his number.

It was half time and you went down to him. "You were so good!" You smiled at him.

"Thank you." He replied before wrapping his arm around your shoulder. "She's looking."

That made your smile drop a little. You saw her rehearsing her cheer.

Then as you went back and continued watching, it was time for the cheerleaders to pick their jerseys.

And of course, she chose his jersey to wear. He smirked and smiled while giving it to her.

And she giggled back.. oh. You went back down again after the game was over. Seeing her and Hayes talking.

"Hey guys!.. Could I have my boyfriends jersey back?" You said sternly. "No, it's fine."

"You can keep it." He muttered. And your heart sank a bit. She then walked away to get changed.

"A little jealous aren't we?" He joked. "I was just faking.." You laughed to cover the heartache.
