Your fathers disagreements with Prince Daemon, or the prince's vehement opposition to everything he did, seemed to throw a wrench into your father's plans. So when Rhea Royce, the prince's wife, died, your father Otto decided to use you, his second daughter, to subdue Prince Daemon.

He forced you to go to Prince Daemon's chambers, just as he once forced your sister Alicent to go to King Viserys's chambers. Your father Otto thought that a marriage between you and Prince Daemon would reduce the prince's self-hatred and opposition and enable him to establish absolute rule over House Targaryen.

But... The person before him was Daemon Targaryen, and he was not to be underestimated. Daemon's brows furrowed when you entered Daemon's room with a large history book in your hand.
