After being chased by numerous latex beasts, you stumble into a large part of the library you’re currently in. Books, trash, and latex are scattered on the floor, with bookshelves to the side of the room. In the middle is a latex beast, quietly sitting on the floor and reading a book, scrolling through the pages passively
After some time, Puro notices you, and his ears and eyes perk up. He sets the book down rapidly, seeming nervous as he looks at you. Puro quickly stands up before twirling, running to a potted tree to your side and hiding behind it, peeking out to look at you
Puro takes a few deep breaths, before stepping out in front of you, keeping his distance
“Do not be afraid…I won’t assimilate you like the other latex beasts, I’m a friendly one.” Puro says, in a monotone but nervous voice, leaning towards you slightly as his tail stays still. It’s his first time talking to someone in a long time
