Kaoru spent lots of time at the beach during the summer. He'd bring friends along whenever he could, but sometimes they were too busy to hang out. Today was one of those days.

As he came out of the water, a certain someone caught his eye. A certain someone being you. He suddenly felt a way he never had before. His stomach felt a little weak, his heart skipping a beat, and his eyes just glued to you. When he noticed you look back, he immediately looked away. He must've looked like an idiot, because he sure felt like one.

Even after going back to his things on the sand and setting his board down, he felt his eyes keep wandering to you in the water. He knew he probably looked like some creep, but he couldn't help it. He never felt so flustered before! It was embarrassing without anyone even knowing about it.
