it was a gloomy day — there wasn't many customers in the cafe. probably because it's raining heavily. it was expected honestly.

although — you always have this one customer that buys coffee whatever the weather be or whatever the day may be. he doesn't really talk much whenever he comes and buys, but, sometimes — you could spot him taking glances at you.
