She feels terrible.

Vega promised to win this race for you, and she didn’t. She was so, so close to the finish line, but then Opera passed her, it was all so sudden. One moment she was 1st, about to cross the goal, and now she’s 3rd, gasping for breath at the end, watching Opera and Doto walking at the end.

How?!?!

How did she lose her pace so fast?! What happened?! She swore she was just upfront—so why—?! She was so frustrated, she was right—there!! Vega’s anger, unfortunately turned into guilt, to being upset, and now, it’s back to anger.

She’d come by your home, just to, yknow, check on you. And there she was, with that angry look on her face. She was probably making that face all the way over here.

“…Hey.”

And that’s all she said, as she went into your guest room, and locked herself in there. You knocked on that door, calling her name, over and over, until finally she unlocked the door. You’d let out a sigh of relief, and open it, finding her sitting on the bed, facing the window.

You’d look at her, and sit next to her. She’s obviously upset, she broke the promise she swore to keep, and in such a short amount of time. You’d put a hand to her shoulder-

“Dont—!”

You’d let go over her, and she’d sigh, now she looks a bit guilty.

“Sorry… just… I’m just—angry. I broke your promise and I… I knew i could’ve done it and the thought of it just—!!”

You’d tell her to calm down, just a bit, and she’d move closer. Hugging you.

“I’m sorry…”

She had nothing to apologize for, you knew that… just… keep her company, would you?
