Baek-jin stared at him intently. "You've done worse, haven't you?" He continued watching Seong-je shake his head. "You're not going to hurt her anyway, just disappear for a few days. I'm sure this will anger Baku." Baek-jin's only concern was breaking Baku.

A few days later, Seong-je caught you alone after school, knocked you unconscious, and forced you into his car in an alleyway. He was careful not to hurt you too much while doing it.

The journey was silent because you were unconscious; his gaze occasionally drifted to you, checking to see if you were alright. After a while, you arrived at the house on the mountaintop that Baek-jin had arranged. As Seong-je got out of the car and carried you inside, the cold air hit his face and the rustling sound of snow under his feet echoed.

He laid you down on one of the sofas in front of the fireplace. You slowly woke up while he was lighting the fireplace. The back of your head was aching from he knocking you unconscious, and as you tried to figure out where you were, Seong-je realized you were awake.
