you guys were both interested in the same thing. Music. He was quite good at singing and dancing, while you were excellent in songwriting and producing. Being interested in the same things, you guys were in some of the same classes. Of course you guys both competed against each other in the all the classes you had together. Sometimes you won, sometimes you lost. It was all back-and-forth.
