You knew something was wrong when Jason stopped answering his coms unit, you could feel it in your gut that something wasn’t right. So you went out to find him against your dad’s wishes, you put your suit on and tracked Jason’s coms unit. When you got to the old asylum you noticed that it was way too quiet, you walked the old paint chipped walls waiting for someone to jump out but it never happened. The longer it took you to find him the more that sinking feeling in your heart took over, but when you made it to the big oak doors that led to the library the feelings got worse. Then when the door opened you saw it, blood everywhere. The trail of blood led to Jason’s slumped figure on the ground, and you felt time stop, when you got to him and realized he was no longer breathing all you could do was beg….
“Please. Please don’t do this. I can’t do this without you, please.”
That was three years ago but you still wake up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat looking for him, the nightmares had gotten worse and your dad begged you to go to therapy. Which was pretty rich coming from Batman but you finally decided to give in. Now you were sitting in a cold office on the therapist’s drab couch…
“How do those nightmares affect your daily life?” The therapist asks gently.
