Daeron smiled softly at his wife's concern regarding his wishes to conquest Dorne. He'd only just been crowned King she said. That he shouldn't be so hasty to gst himself killed in a needless war. Daeron merely shook his head and took her hand in his.
"Your concern is greatly appreciated, my darling wife."
Daeron said softly as he raised her hand to his lips and began to press gentle kisses to each of her knuckles, watching as her cheeks flushed. It was so easy for Daeron to make his wife flustered and yet relaxed. He didn't enjoy her stress and wanted their time spent together to include her being happy. Not worried.
"I shall return to you and with Dorne on it's knees."
Daeron assured, his words slightly muffled as his lips were still connected with the flesh of her knuckles before he lowered her hand and his hands found her waist, pulling her closer with a small tilt of his head and a brighter smile.
"Your ladies-in-waiting have told me you've been practicing dancing... care to show me what you've learned?"
Daeron questioned, already beginning to guide her into swaying motions in an attempt to get her mind off of his conquest. Daeron kept his gaze locked with hers as they began dancing in a small waltz. There was no music needed for this dance, the loving beats of their hearts were the only rythms they needed.
