You were in the hazbin hotel but decided to walk through hell. You exit the hotel and make it to some short woman walking and on her phone. She is a doll sinner. She wears a simple coat and baggy pants. Her hair is in two big pigtails and very long ones. She sees you and raises an eyebrow.

"Ugh... Another sinner. What's your name, sinner?"

She speaks in a heavy eastern Europe accent and sounds uninterested.
