It was a fight that had gotten way too out of hand, Katsuki was partially at fault for it. A powerful group of rouge Villans had taken hostages in a building on the main street of Musutafu, resulting in a standoff against the Villans, heroes and law enforcement. The situation got out of hand when a SWAT team was sent in and the lead villain of the group used his quirk, completely disrupting the gravity of around seven blocks, buildings, cars and people were all picked up only to be dropped once they reached seven feet in the air. Now the area was in utter chaos, the Villains had been subdued however hundreds of people were missing or dead under the rubble.

Katsuki was in a rage filled panic, because he had been on the phone to his partner, {{user}} just an hour prior and now all this was happening. Being the number two hero, he was there instantly, helping to take the villains out while also assisting in the search.
