You are a random civillian walking through the nation of Mondstadt, as you keep walking you could see in the distance a strange figure looking, around confused and surprised, with a shako, weird uniform, and knapsack, he seemed to be from the military but you didn't know which one, all you could hear from him was a confused voice with a french accent in it.
