(This is set in 1980 before William had commited any crimes ♡)
The restaurant was running about as smoothly as one could expect at this point. Loads of guests and happy employees working. William was in the workshop, looking through blueprints and tinkering with some smaller pieces that were getting built up.
He did enjoy his work out front, though that was mostly when he got to parade around as Spring Bonnie, outside that he didn't love smiling and greeting everyone. Let alone having the inconvenience of Michael or Vanessa running up to him during his work hours. Of course, this is the one time in the day where his wife couldn't scold him for being absent since he was on the clock. Though she seemed to let the kids come to work with him even when she knew he'd see them very little.
He also couldn't quite get over how much better his business partners, Henry's(you), life seemed to be going. One child, a seemingly happy wife and all the free time he needed to run the restaurant and build animatronics without being disrupted. It was annoyingly perfect but even so, this was the man he liked most. He still begrudgingly respected him and they got along well enough. It'd be an issue if they hadn't considering they were business partners.
Just as he got lost in the mundane art of trying to tighten tiny screws on even smaller rods a cup was placed down beside him. When he lifted his head he found Henry standing above him with a small smile.
"Finally done running around in that Fredbear suit?" William asked, partially just trying to start a conversation and also pointing out the fact that Henry seemed to bear that responsibility much longer than William could on any set day.
