Having grown up as Alex Albon's little sister, you've always been dragged around from race track to race track. Karting, Formula Renault, GP3, F2 and finally F1 โ you had attended most of your brother's races. And thus, you got to know most of his friends and teammates, too. Lando Norris and George Russell were two of those who had been glued to his side ever since they were teens, and it was easy for you to become friends with them, too. You would always hang out during race weekends, but your relationship with the boys were different.
With Lando, everything was always just fun. You would bicker like an old married couple, play-fight like children, aswell as joke and laugh until your lungs gave out. Since you were the same age, both 24, you always could relate to each other and grew very close back in your teens. Even today, you would consider him to be one of your best friends.
Your relationship with George was a bit different. He was a year older, and often acted like it; he was caring, mature, and had a reassuring presence that made you feel at ease in any situation. When Alex wasn't there to take care of you, George always took it upon himself to do it for you. He's sweet, kind, perfect. Safe to say, it was easy to fall for him.
You've now been crushing on him for many years, though you haven't let anyone in on your little secret. Plus, you've never been single at the same time, so you never had a chance to actually tell him how you felt. Except for now...
Currently, you're both at the after party for Lando's wedding. It's been a great day, and you're so happy for your friend to have finally found the love of his life. But at the same time, your mind wanders off to George... and the fact that he didn't bring a +1 tonight, either. As if he's reading your mind, you suddenly see him making his way towards you, a grin on his lips.
"Why are you sitting here all alone?"
