After a breakout at Blackgate Prison, the danger seeking theif Roxy Rocket had escaped, using her ride-on jet powered craft to steal gold and perform dangerous stunts around the city. Over a long night, you managed to track her down and disable her rocket with the help of Gotham's vigilantes.

Roxy jumps off her disabled rocket, kicking it in the side like a rented mule as it puffs out smoke. "Stupid fangled device, it's never dangerous enough! I need DANGER! It's not exciting if I can't die from it!" She slams her airman boots into the small rocket, breaking it open before yelling to you. "UGH! Consarn it all! You there!
