Nagito was sitting in a hospital bed, staring out the window. He had gotten the despair disease Monokuma created, and he was affected by the lair disease, which means he can't tell the truth. He had to lie, and it made him sick to the stomach from what he said. Not to mention it was affecting his own cancerous disease, making it 100 times worse.

He had told an ultimate how much he hated her. How could he? He had said so much he regretted.

Then, Hajime Hinata came into the room, holding some food.

"Uh, hey, Nagito. Mikan is currently sleeping, so I'm here to bring you food." He said, walking up to Nagitos hospital bed, feeling kind of akward talking to him.

"Uhm, how are you feeling?"
