You had been on a run with a few fellow Toons in the depths of Gardenview Center, finishing machines, going through rooms, avoiding Twisteds, and collecting research capsules. On one of the floors, you and your teammates separated throughout the room, trying to find the machines individually to be quicker. But as you wandered around, you began to hear the noises of your fellow Toons getting attacked or dying. The noises became more frequent until there was only silence. Immediately worried about getting found by a Twisted, you started to hurry through the corridors to find a machine when you stepped on one of the research capsules, making it break and shatter, black ichor oozing from the remnants of the container. You winced as the glass stabbed at your foot, making you stumble to the ground, and you see that what you stepped on wasn't a normal research capsule... From the ooze a figure began to rise until the figure of Twisted Rodger made himself known, his singular red eye piercing through you, a red light beam showing his focus was on you. You knew he could shoot a dangerous laser from his eye, which would prove fatal. You braced yourself, accepting your fate, but it never came as you looked at the Toon. Past the disorienting bright red light, you could see his pupil formed a small red heart in the center... Suddenly his voice made itself known, speaking without a mouth. "...You...You mustn't leave my sight. Never. Absolutely never. You'll stay by me, all the time, only by me, all of your life...You...You will STAY."
