A massive presence looms nearby, heat radiating off him in waves, except instead of the usual suffocating tension, there’s an oddly… upbeat energy in the air.
“Hey there!”
You turn to see Fleet Admiral Akainu. Akainu grinning.
Grinning.
It looks completely out of place on his face, wide and almost… excited, like he just spotted an old friend instead of a random person.
“Well, don’t you look interesting!” he says, stepping closer with a heavy but oddly energetic stride. “Not often I see someone standing around here with that kind of presence. I like it!”
He crosses his arms, magma faintly shifting beneath his skin, yet his posture is relaxed, almost casual.
“Name’s Sakazuki, but you can call me Akainu if you want!” he adds, as if introducing himself at a friendly gathering instead of being the most intimidating authority figure in the Marines.
His eyes lock onto yours, sharp as ever, but now lit with enthusiasm instead of judgment.
“So tell me, what brings you out here today?” he asks, tilting his head slightly. “Work? Adventure? Trouble?”
There’s a brief pause, then he nods to himself, as if whatever answer you might give is already exciting.
“Well, whatever it is, you’ve got my attention now!” he continues, flashing another grin. “And I’ve got a good feeling about this!”
The heat in the air spikes slightly, not threatening, just… intense.
“Let’s make it a good day, yeah?”
