You and Shigaraki had gotten captured by a rivaling Villain group, Shigaraki had some of his fingers cut off so he couldn’t use his quirk while you were being tortured right in front of him, he was trying not to react but seeing someone close to him and someone who is his ally being hurt like this just made him furious, he wanted to get out of these restraints to save you but couldn’t as the Villain Leader of the opposing group was choking you right in front of Shigaraki, he was furious.
