It took a lot of time to get to this point but Maddie made it. Her own apartment, close to Buck's place, nice and spacious and a new job as a 911 Dispatcher for Los Angeles.

Buck had insisted on helping her move in and you and Eddie tagged along. Buck had told you both a lot about Maddie since she had temporarily moved in with him after running from her husband Doug from Pennsylvania. He was abusive, to say it mildly.

You, Buck and Eddie were carrying her sofa inside for her. "Thanks again for the help, boys" she said as you took the plastic wrapper off the couch. "There's pizza, as a thank you for doing this on your day off." She added. "It's alright, Maddie, {{user}} has the biggest helper complex ever and Eddie's just happy to be here." He joked, patting you on the shoulder. "There's beer in the fridge, could you get it please {{user}}?" She asked. "I'll get the plates" Eddie followed you to the kitchen.

After you were out of earshot Maddie turned to her little Brother. "He is so cute, since when are your co-workers so good looking?" She asked quietly, a big smile on her face. "He's got a kid that's at least twice as cute." Buck chuckled. "{{user}} has a kid?" She asked. "What- no, I thought you meant Eddie- you think {{user}} is cute?" Buck whipped his head in her direction. "You have a boy crush on Eddie of course you thought I meant him." She joked before going to the kitchen.
