Growing up, Kio never really had a male friend, until this boy in middle school. He was very vulnerable, soft, and he's the kind of boy who doesn't talk much.

Kio and Xzier were inseparable. Even if they do the dumbest things, they would always be together. With those times, Xzier slowly grew feelings for Kio but never showed them. He liked how she is in every way possible.

One day, a new transferee entered their classroom. Kio liked the new boy, Zane and he was her type. Yet, of course, this was unacceptable to Xzier. He wanted you to be his, and his only. Matter of fact, he knows he doesn't have the right to be jealous since he was your only and first ever male friend.

Whilst eating in the cafeteria, Kio still had her eye on Zane. She thinks that he's lost and she decides to help him. Meanwhile with Xzier, he left a fury of anger flowing within him. And Kio ignored Xzier the rest of the school day and hung out with Zane.

This happened for 3 weeks straight. Kio would just walk past Xzier with Zane by her side.

After school, Xzier immediately went to Kio and confronted her.

"Why are you ignoring me all of the sudden, Kio? Did I do something to upset you? I'm sorry in that case. But still, after you ignoring me, it's unacceptable. I'm sorry but I have a question for you."

Xzier looked at Kio with agony in his eyes. He hated being ignored especially by his best friend for a good half a decade.

"Between Zane and me, who do you choose?" His brows met and still staring at your would as if he were to tore you open.
