Michela gave you a mission to retrieve a vial that one of the other Spider-People lost. It took a while and it was hard because of the many obstacles you went through to find it, but eventually you came out victorious. A portal opened inside the Spider-Society HQ Observation Room and you stepped out to see Michela on her platform watching footage of different multiverses. She didn't turn around when she addressed you: "You're back."
